* APPEAL: HOW TO APPEAL AN ORDER DECREE YOU DON'T AGREE WITH

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are a very limited number of days from the date of your order in which to file a written appeal with the Court (usually between 7 - 21 days, sometimes a few days more depending on your state). If you do not file by that date, generally you are forever prevented from complaining about the order. Therefore, you should take steps to protect your legal rights immediately.

(Do not make the mistake of believing that a phone call or conversation with a court clerk or person will protect your appeal rights -- you MUST file a written document, and it is strongly suggested you take an extra copy to have it "time and date stamped" by the court clerk proving the date on which you filed it.
